AUGUST 15TH 2010
Becky has written a diary for us all about the last few months. Unfortunately a slight injury in training this week meant she had to sit out of the GBR vs Romania duel that was held in Ipswich. Thursday is a BIG day for Becky as she will get her A-Level results. We wish you all the best Becky!!

JULY 4TH 2010
Becky has finished the 2010 British Championships! Today's event finals saw Becky bring home bronze on bars after narrowly missing out on bronze over-all yesterday. 54.950 placed Becky a respectable 4th place AA behind Liverpool's Hannah Whelan and team mates Danusia Francis and Nicole Hibbert. JUNE 12TH 2010
Tomorrow Becky is going up to receive an ‘Honorary Master Gymnast Award’. She is going up to the Heritage Motor Centre in Warwickshire whre British Gymnastics are holding the event. She is also underway with her A level exams which finish at the end of June. We have added Becky's beam and floor videos from the recent British Team Championships - enjoy!

After having to sit out Euros with a foot injury, Becky was finally back in action today and helped Heathrow win GOLD at the British Team Championships. Well done to Becky and the whole team! Detailed scores and results coming soon.

March 28th 2010
This year has got off to a busy start for Becky, who already has a few competitions under her belt. First off there was the English Championships where Becky only competed bars due to a slight foot injury sustained in training. Then it was off to Lilleshall for a camp and friendly competition with teams from Romania and Germany, and this weekend Becky is in Italy for a competition against Russia, Italy and USA. Scores have been added to a new-look results page.

JANUARY 16th 2010
Happy New Year, everyone. Thank you to everyone for supporting Becky during 2009, we hope you had a lovely Christmas and New Year. Becky has a busy year ahead of her - there's the European Championships in Birmingham at the end of April, British Nationals in July, World Championships in October plus all the smaller competitions that are bound to crop up in between. We hope you have a healthy and successful 2010, Becky!

DECEMBER 6TH 2009
Last weekend Becky had a quick trip out to Germany. As a fun twist to the German National Team championships, teams can 'buy in' foreign gymnasts to help their scores and the team from Karlsruhe wanted Becky! She had a clean competition and finished 3rd AA, helping Karlsruhe to 2nd place, very close behind winners Stuttgart! We have added a gallery of photos from the event. Becky is currently busy in rehersals for Heathrow's imfamous Christmas display!

NOVEMBER 1ST 2009
Becky is back on British soil after a fantastic trip to California; just what she needed after such a busy run up to the World Championships. We have added more photos from the All-Around and a new gallery of photos from prelims. Many thanks to Still Sport Photography for these great shots. There are also three new avatars.

While Becky is enjoying herself over in Los Angeles, we've been adding the first batch of photos from the World Championships. A gallery featuring shots from the All Around final is now up, with lots more coming soon! As we say, Becky is currently in the states with her Heathrow Hunnies. The team are training at SCATS gym club but are managing to fit in some fun ... such as Disneyland and Hollywood! Oh it's a hard life!

OCTOBER 17TH 2009
Becky had an amazing World Championships this week, as you probably saw for yourself on TV! During Wednesday's preliminary rounds, Becky scored the highest for Team GBR with 53.875, qualifying her to the All Around final on Friday. With massive home-crowd support, Becky performed cleanly during the competition for a final ranking of 18th - not bad for her first major international all-around final! Well done Becky, you were great, and you looked stunning in your black and pink sparkly leotard.

Tomorrow Becky begins her competition at the o2 Arena in London at the 41st World Championships! The official facebook page for the competition will have live updates and photos, so if you weren't lucky enough to get tickets, make sure you follow it online! If you are going, make sure you show your support for Becky and her team mates by cheering really loud! Or even make a banner! GOOD LUCK, BECKY!

Becky has been listed as a competitor on BG's nominative list of entrants for the 2009 World Championships! Well done, Becky! This will be her 2nd World Championships, having already completed in the 2007 Worlds in Stuttgart, Germany. Speaking of which, we have added many new photos to the Stuttgart gallery, check them out! Becky recently took part in a fashion show for Milano, promoting their new range of leotards. Becky walked the cat walk along with fellow British team mates at the Trafford Centre in Manchester in front of an excited live crowd. We have also added a gallery of the event.

September 2nd 2009
Becky received excellent news lately - she achieved A's in all 5 of her AS level exams! Well done, Becky, an amazing accomplishment to balance school and gym so well. Becky will start her final year of AS levels this week and is looking forward to thinking about Universities! Keep an eye on the site in the next few days as loads of new photos from the last year will be added very soon.

Becky had an AMAZING weekend at the British Championships by winning her second consecutive silver medal in the Senior All Around Competition! She also became the Aysemmetric Bars champion and won silver on floor. Congratulations on an excellent Nationals, Becky!!

Becky helped her Heathrow team mates claim the silver medal at yesterday's British Team Championships, and Becky placed 4th All-Around. Congrats, Becky & Heathrow.

MARCH 21st 2009
Last weekend Becky made her return to competition in Jesolo, Italy. Dispite a few falls, Becky and the British senior team placed 2nd behind host nation Italy. Becky will now be hoping to return to Italy at the end of the month as part of the British squad for the Rome European Championships. We're sorry the guestbook is currently down, we are working on replacing it as soon as possible!

MARCH 11TH 2009
After some down-time since Beijing, it is back to the grind stone for Becky! Next weekend Becky is traveling to Jesolo, Italy as part of GB's senior women's team for a friendly competition against Brazil, Romania, China and the host nation. This will be Becky's first competition since the Olympic Games and will be great preparation for the up-coming European Championships at the end of the month, in Rome. Becky will be keen to qualify for the European team and we wish her good luck for Jesolo!

Becky competed in the preliminary rounds of the gymnastics competition in Beijing today, helping GB to 9th place - just narrowly missing out on Team Finals. This means the competition is now over for Becky, and she can relax and enjoy life in the Olympic village now. Well done Becky!

Becky and the rest of the team arrived at the pre-Olympic holding camp in Maccau and have been enjoying the sunshine and training in the lead up to the Games starting next week!  The team have been training hard but have also had chance to un-wind and have even met the players from Chelsea football club who are also training in Maccau.  Becky has written a short diary from the camp and we hope she has time to send more updates over the course of the next few weeks.  We will be brining you all the news from Beijing as it happens!

Becky did extremely well this weekend at the British Championships! She finished 2nd AA behind Becky Downie from Notts. Today during the apparatus finals, Becky placed 3rd on bars, 7th on beam and tied for 4th on floor. They also announced the 2008 Olympics team - Beth Tweddle, Becky Wing, Becky Downie, Laura Jones, Marissa King, and Hannah Whelan. Congratulations Becky!! Becky was in Ipswich over the weekend competing as part of the British team for an international friendly against Romania. As a team the British women placed 2nd behind the defending Olympic champions. Becky competed on vault, bars and beam scoring 14.550, 13.850, 14.300 respectively. During the event finals on Sunday Becky placed 4th on both bars and beam. A video of Becky's vault has been added to the videos page.

Today we have added a new photo album with 9 pictures from the British Team Championships, as well as videos of Becky's vault and beam from the competition on the newly organised video page. This past weekend Becky was in Constanta, Romania with the British senior team competing against the defending Olympic champs in a friendly duel. Becky & co placed 2nd behind the host, but will face them again next weekend in Ipswich.

At the Cottbus Cup World Cup event in Germany this past week Becky placed 22nd on vault with 12.225, 17th on beam with 14.025 and an impressive 10th on floor, scoring 13.550. We have added some photos from the competition.

Becky competed today at the Great Britain vs France competition at the Blackpool. It was a close competition where France defeated GB, 229.300-227.500. Becky competed on all four events, where she placed 11th in the all-around with a 54.250. To view the full results from the meet, click here. We have posted new videos from the 2008 GB vs Czech.

Becky is currently in Macau at a training camp for the British team before the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. We're sure she'll have loads to tell us in her next journal entry when she returns. Today we have added some lovely family portraits as well as two videos from 2007 & 2006 British Nationals.

Congratulations to Becky and her team mates Becky Downie, Aisling Williams, Hannah Clowes and Marissa King who competed in the team final this afternoon, and finished 7th! This is a historic day for GB, who have never qualified to a team finals before, so well done to everyone. Photos have now been added!

Becky and GB team is in Stuttgart, Germany right now for the 2007 World Championships. They did an outstanding job placing sixth and qualified to the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China and to the team finals on Wednesday! Becky did a good job on all three events. She started off on balance beam and did a clean routine scoring 14.400. She then did a clean Yurchenko 1.5 on vault scoring 14.350. On the last event, Becky received 13.975 on bars. Good job Becky & the GB team!
